  • Membership card fees are refundable only as per the company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • The membership card is not a credit, debit, or ATM card. It is exclusively intended for loan purposes, and can only be used for obtaining loans with the associated benefits.

  • The membership card can be used by either the customer or a designated representative.

  • If a loan is approved by the company but the customer declines it, the membership card fee will not be refunded.

  • The decision made by the login department regarding your loan application is final.

  • For any questions regarding the loan process, customers should contact the office handling their application.

  • We will verify your documents with multiple banks. If your documents meet the criteria of any bank, the loan process will continue with that bank. Verification is done by our company representatives, not the bank.

  • Your file may be logged in with multiple banks depending on the evaluation of your profile.

  • Apart from the membership card fee, there are no additional charges imposed by our company. Any third-party charges are not our responsibility.

  • Upon loan approval, there are no processing or file charges. The only fee is for the lifetime membership card.

  • If your file is connected to a non-standard bank, separate charges may apply.

  • We log in your file according to the specific loan amount you request. For example, if you request ₹1 lakh but the bank’s limit is ₹50,000, we will not proceed with that bank.

  • The approval rate is 60%, meaning that 60% of applications are approved, while 40% are declined. If your file is rejected, the company is not obligated to guarantee approval.

  • If your file is rejected by our company, another bank may still process it. However, the timeline for approval may vary from 3 to 4 months, and we will no longer be responsible once the loan is approved by another bank.

  • We make every effort to approve loans, but the company is not liable if your application is rejected, as loan approval is not guaranteed.

  • Client information and files processed by the company will not be shared in any written or digital format.

  • All documents provided by clients are kept secure and used strictly for loan purposes. If third parties misuse the documents, the company is not liable.

  • The process for obtaining a pre-approved loan offer depends on bank restrictions and customer behavior, and differs from the company’s process. If the loan is granted by another organization, we are not responsible.

  • Loan approval is based entirely on your profile and documentation. If your documents are in order, your loan will be approved.

  • Only individuals who have applied for a loan will receive loan-related information.

  • If a customer does not contact us within three days of loan processing, the application will be rejected.

  • If your file is rejected, you must resubmit your documents within six months to address the issues.

  • The company is not responsible if a loan is denied due to a query or document discrepancy.

  • Membership card fees are non-refundable if your application is rejected.

  • Once a loan application has been processed, the membership card fee is non-refundable, even if the customer cancels.

  • If the company rejects your loan application, we will explain the reason. If you do not resolve the issue, the application will be rejected again for the same reason.

  • The company will provide the reason for rejection to the customer but will not provide a written or digital copy of the explanation. Some banks provide only general reasons for rejection.

  • Customers must provide accurate information about their credit score and profile. The company is not liable for loan rejection due to incorrect information.

  • Bank charges are based on the bank’s rules and regulations.

  • Any customer found submitting fraudulent documents will face legal action.

  • Customers should only contact the login department after their file is submitted, and not any other department or third-party services.

  • Customers who have applied for a loan with the same bank independently will not be considered.

  • If the bank’s criteria change during loan processing, the company will follow the new rules.

  • Only individuals seeking a loan should complete the loan application.

  • Customers must provide their phone number for the login department to contact them.

  • After the loan process is complete, the customer must visit the bank to cancel their check.

  • If the company identifies any unresolved queries during the loan process, it may delay the loan. Customers cannot dispute this delay.

  • To reapply after rejection or approval, customers must submit their documents again through the customer login portal.

  • The pre-approval shown on our website is based on the information provided and does not guarantee final loan approval. Final approval is based on your documentation.

  • The membership card shown during the online process is for display purposes only, and a real card is issued after loan processing.

  • The company’s privacy policy and terms apply to all marketing and promotional activities.

  • Any advertisement, social media update, or promotional content is considered part of our marketing.

  • The company is not liable for payments made via third-party platforms until the payment is received in the company’s account.

  • Account verification is required before any customer payout. The company is not liable if the customer’s account is not verified and funds are credited to the company.

  • Our company is a private limited entity and only provides loans through banks.

  • Bank logos displayed on our website are for marketing purposes only and do not indicate direct bank endorsement.

  • Any legal action involving the company will be handled solely by our legal team, and Surat, Gujarat will be the jurisdiction for any proceedings.

  • Disparaging remarks or claims are not acceptable. Any customer grievances must be addressed through a signed agreement.

  • The company’s head office maintains a full record of all terms and conditions.

  • The company is not responsible for any misuse of customer information, KYC documents, or OTP by third parties.

  • In the case of fraudulent documents or repayment issues, disputes are strictly between the customer and the bank. The company is not liable.

  • If a third party secures a loan using fraudulent means, the company is not responsible.

  • If legal action is pursued, only the company’s legal team will be involved, and no other personnel will participate in the proceedings. All legal matters will be handled in Surat, Gujarat.
